Job summary

aCommerce, a leading ecommerce enabler in ASEAN, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee billing and collections for our services, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely cash flow. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial and Operations to resolve discrepancies, manage AR aging, and implement process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in accounting and 3–5 years in AR/Billing, strong Excel skills, and is able to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or General Accounting, preferably in e-commerce or service-based company.
• Experience in end-to-end billing, collections, account reconciliation, and GL reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and client management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing for e-commerce service revenues with accurate invoicing.
• Review billing transactions, fees, adjustments, credits, and revenue records.
• Perform reconciliation of billings, payments, AR balances, and designated GL accounts.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Operations, and other teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Handle collection activities, monitor AR aging, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues while maintaining professional relationships.
