Emapta Philippines is hiring an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist in Davao City to manage billing, reconciliations, and collections for U.S. property communities.

This full-time onsite role offers a night shift with weekends off and a PHP 40,000 monthly salary. Benefits include HMO with dependent coverage after regularization, salary advance, 20 annual leaves (with 5 cashable), and opportunities for upskilling through Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting
• Open to fresh graduates with strong potential
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA designation is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

• Process and record monthly condominium dues and homeowner assessments accurately and on time.
• Resolve outstanding homeowner balances and collect additional income streams.
• Maintain billing systems for assigned associations.
• Generate invoices and account statements.
• Reconcile property owner accounts.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable files and records.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial and management reports.
• Investigate and resolve account ledger discrepancies and inquiries.
• Provide training support to new team members.
• Support general financial management and analysis.
