Job summary

Vestas Global Finance SSC in Manila invites an Accountant to join the Accounts Receivable team. You will own end-to-end AR processes, ensure timely invoice creation, resolve unbilled and blocked invoices, and liaise with regional finance to meet deadlines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, 2+ years in the order-to-cash process, SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred) and strong English communication. Night shift may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in the order-to-cash process.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality and timely invoice creation process.
• Follow up and resolve issues for unbilled billing documents and blocked invoices; send invoice copies to external customers.
• Coordinate with local counterparts for local invoice creation and sending.
• Deliver accurate and timely feedback to external customer-related queries.
• Perform SAP GRC controls and respond to audit inquiries.
• Assist in training AR processes and contribute to process improvements and SOP updates.
