Vestas Global Finance Shared Service Centre seeks an Accountant to manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes. The role collaborates with Regional Finance to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and response to customer inquiries, while upholding SAP controls and ongoing process improvements.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, 2+ years in order-to-cash, and proficiency with SAP/SAP S4 Hana and MS Office. Night shifts and holidays may be required based on business needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• At least two years of experience in order to cash processes.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools.
• Experienced with SAP S4 Hana.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willing to work on holidays and on any shift when assigned; night shifts may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for quality and timely invoice creation.
• Follow up and resolve issues for unbilled documents and blocked invoices; send invoice copies to external customers.
• Coordinate with local counterparts for local invoice creation and sending.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to external customer queries.
• Perform SAP GRC controls.
• Assist in facilitating training for the AR high-level process.
• Contribute to process improvement and standardization with compliance to Global policy.
