Job summary

XP Power, a global leader in power solutions, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable professional in Manila. You will process invoices, manage supplier data, and ensure compliance with VAT and internal controls.

The role requires attention to detail, independence, and strong communication with Finance and Operations teams. Responsibilities include weekly payment runs, reconciliation of supplier statements, and assisting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 5 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices against approved purchase orders with accurate GL coding.
• Ensure POs are receipted in S/4HANA and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier master data and set up new suppliers as required.
• Process weekly payment runs including supplier payments and employee expenses.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts for liquidity management and reporting.
