Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Pasig City, Philippines, seeks a Finance Manager / AP Lead for US Shared Services. Hybrid: 4 days per month in-office. Night shift: 20:00–05:00 Manila time.

You will oversee end-to-end P2P operations, AP invoice processing, intercompany settlements, and vendor governance across global units. You will partner with US controllers, procurement, and supply chain to optimize working capital, drive process automation, ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance, and deliver executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive AP/P2P/General Accounting in multinational SSC/BPO.
• 5 years of leadership experience managing supervisors or teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX controls.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle/SAP ERP and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP invoice processing, disbursements, intercompany, and GRNI management.
• Partner with US Controllership, procurement, and vendors globally.
• Drive process automation and improvement across P2P workflows.
• Ensure US GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
• Develop executive dashboards and monthly close analytics.
