Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Cavite, Philippines, is seeking an Accounting Lead to oversee daily accounting operations and drive accurate financial reporting in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

You will manage A/P, A/R, and GL, ensure compliance with standards, coordinate annual audits and tax filings, and implement controls to improve efficiency. A CPA or equivalent and commercial accounting software proficiency are preferred for this permanent role.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits and tax filings.
• Develop and implement financial controls and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyse accounting data to identify trends and variances.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
