Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Team Lead to oversee monthly financial statement preparation for hotel entities, ensure US GAAP compliance, and support consolidation and intercompany activity. The role requires analytical thinking and strong collaboration across teams.

The position also involves guiding the AP/AR processes, helping with ERP implementation, and driving process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP required.
• Experience accounting for hotel entities preferred.
• Experience creating/reviewing financial statements and related reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly asset-level financial statements and cash projections.
• Oversee AP/AR activities and review work quality.
• Assist with corporate ownership statements, intercompany transactions, and consolidation.
• Provide asset management and Investor relations with hotel performance information.
• Assist with quarterly budget and internal performance updates.
• Help implement a new ERP system and document accounting processes.
• Streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency across the company.
• Support audits with documentation and responses as required.
• Provide data to tax team for returns as requested.
