Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or SME role.
• Experience in Shared Services or BPO is preferred.
• Strong end-to-end AP knowledge and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily Accounts Payable operations.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and employee claims.
• Monitor 2-way and 3-way invoice matching controls.
• Ensure month-end closing activities are completed on time.
• Review and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor discrepancies.
• Manage escalations related to invoices, payments, and supplier enquiries.
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and accounting standards.
