Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable operations with 6–10 years and 2–3 years of people management.
• Strong experience with Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems, reporting, and root-cause analysis for process improvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership in a multicultural and global environment.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Operations: manage invoice processing, payment prep, vendor inquiries, and vendor master data.
• Performance & SLA Management: track productivity, quality, and SLA via dashboards and metrics.
• Governance & Stakeholder Management: participate in governance meetings, resolve issues, collaborate with regional/global teams.
• Audit & Compliance: ensure AP activities comply with policies, tax, and audit standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor AP team, assist recruitment/training, oversee workload distribution.
