Job summary

The HIRD Corp. seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to oversee AP operations and drive improvements from Cebu IT Park. You will lead a team, manage vendor master data, and ensure service levels for global clients.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in AP, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and experience with offshore or distributed teams. Onsite night shifts are required in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• 2–3 years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• Experience in a BPO/Shared Services/Global Business Services environment.
• Experience managing offshore, remote, or distributed teams.
• Proven ability to work with customers and client stakeholders.
• Experience with transitions, stabilization or process transformation is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and onsite in Cebu IT Park.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Lead with strong people management and BPO/Shared Services experience to lead AP operations and support global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• 6-10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations

• At least 2-3 years of people management experience

• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD)

• Previous experience in a BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environment

• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams

• Proven experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders

• Experience handling operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is preferred
