Xerox Philippines is seeking a Reports Analyst to design, develop, and deliver accurate reports and dashboards. You will analyze data from multiple sources, validate data integrity, and support strategic decision-making while partnering with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities include producing recurring and ad hoc reports, driving automation, and refining reporting processes to improve business performance. The role requires a degree and hands-on BI experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Gather, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive reports with accuracy.
• Partner with delivery managers, account teams, and customers to meet reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve processes.
