Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a leading healthcare device and manufacturing organization to hire a Senior Programme Manager. You will lead large-scale enterprise technology and digital transformation programs, driving end-to-end delivery from planning through adoption and reporting to executive stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor engagements, and champion AI, automation, cloud and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
7+ years of programme or project management experience.
Demonstrated success delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Experience working with vendors and globally distributed teams.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project governance frameworks.
Hands-on exposure to Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
Strong communication, planning, and execution skills.
Experience in AI, automation, cloud, analytics, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or related technologies is beneficial but not essential.
PMP certification or equivalent credentials would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale enterprise technology and digital transformation programmes.
Drive end-to-end project delivery from planning through implementation and adoption.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Manage vendor engagements, programme governance, and delivery timelines.
Support strategic AI, automation, and technology platform initiatives.
Facilitate Agile delivery practices, sprint execution, and programme reporting.
Identify programme risks, dependencies, and resolution strategies.
Provide executive-level stakeholder communications and status updates.
Support organisational change management and user adoption efforts.
Establish performance metrics and measure programme success outcomes.
