Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned Programme/Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage vendor engagements across globally distributed groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, business or related discipline.
• 7+ years of programme or project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Experience with vendors and globally distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and project governance frameworks.
• Hands-on exposure to Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
• PMP certification or equivalent credentials would be advantageous.

• Experience working with vendors and globally distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project governance frameworks.
• Hands-on exposure to Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
• Strong communication, planning, and execution skills.
• Experience in AI, automation, cloud, analytics, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or related technologies is beneficial but not essential.
• PMP certification or equivalent credentials would be advantageous.
