Michael Page is seeking an AI Head for a market-leading fintech platform in Southeast Asia. You will lead enterprise AI transformation, work directly with the C-suite and board, and shape the AI agenda across functions.

The role requires a proven track record in AI/analytics leadership, senior-level stakeholder engagement, and translating AI strategy into measurable business impact while building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI, data science, or advanced analytics leadership.
• Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience engaging senior stakeholders, including board-level exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to translate AI strategy into commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned to business goals.
• Partner with C-suite and board on AI vision and priorities.
• Lead large-scale transformation programmes, embedding AI across functions.
• Identify high-value AI use cases across customer, risk, and operations.
• Build and lead high-performing AI and data science teams.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Act as a thought leader, presenting best-in-class AI strategies internally.
