Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Manager - Managing Consultant People Advisory to drive critical client engagements with a focus on AI-enabled transformation. You will synthesize analysis, draft deliverables, and facilitate workshops and design sessions for high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree as listed in the Qualifications section.
• Experience delivering multi-workstream client engagements and workshops is preferred.
• Proven ability to synthesize analysis and draft deliverables for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex multi-workstream engagements aligned with client objectives and timelines.
• Manage planning, reporting, scope management, dependencies, risks, issues, costs and resources.
• Demonstrate expertise using AI, data and gen AI to enhance delivery and advisory solutions.
• Coordinate and support project activities to ensure smooth execution and alignment with goals.
• Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, solidifying business requirements and designs.
• Provide business development support within large client delivery programs.
• Assist in crafting case studies to support growth and IP development.
• Produce deliverables in accordance with SOWs and client expectations.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients throughout engagements.
• Identify and document opportunities for improvement with stakeholders across functions.
