Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior programme leader to drive large-scale global AI and digital transformation initiatives within a major healthcare device and manufacturing organization. You will oversee end-to-end delivery from planning to adoption, coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

You will govern timelines and budgets, manage vendor engagements, and promote Agile delivery, governance, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, business or related field.
7+ years of programme or project management experience.
Proven success delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with vendors and globally distributed teams.
Familiarity with Agile, SDLC and governance frameworks; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale enterprise technology and digital transformation programmes.
Drive end-to-end project delivery from planning through implementation and adoption.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Manage vendor engagements, governance, and delivery timelines.
Support strategic AI, automation, and technology platform initiatives.
Facilitate Agile delivery practices, sprint execution, and programme reporting.
Identify risks, dependencies, and resolution strategies.
Provide executive-level stakeholder communications and status updates.
Support organisational change management and user adoption efforts.
Establish performance metrics and measure programme success outcomes.
