Job summary

Innodata Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter specializing in AI and emerging technologies in the Philippines.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment for AI/ML, NLP, and software engineering roles, with emphasis on candidates who understand AI frameworks, data engineering, and related disciplines. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, assessment of candidate fit for advanced tech projects, and collaboration with hiring managers to deliver talent quickly in a fast-evolving tech

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, IT, CS, or Business).
3–4 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
Experience sourcing and recruiting software engineers, data professionals, AI/ML engineers, or similar talent.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and related tech.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for AI/ML and software engineering roles.
Source and recruit across AI/ML, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps, and related tech disciplines.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies.
Conduct initial technical screening and maintain recruitment pipelines across markets.
