Job summary

HLH Consulting Group is seeking an AI and Technology Recruiter based in Taguig for a full-time hybrid role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for AI, data, and technology roles across multiple client accounts, including sourcing, screening, interviews, coordinating offers, and onboarding.

You will build and maintain talent pipelines, develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and stay current on industry trends and role requirements in AI and technology.

Qualifications

• Strong recruiting skills across AI, data, and technology roles.
• Experience managing requisitions from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Ability to assess technical and behavioral competencies and provide structured feedback.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and candidates.
• Familiar with ATS, online sourcing tools and social recruiting platforms.
• Experience in a consulting or agency environment is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/psychology/business or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for AI, data, and tech roles.
• Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring processes with clients.
• Managing offers and onboarding steps.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines; maintaining candidate records.
• Partnering with hiring managers and clients to understand needs and timelines.
