Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Graduate Law degree holder with proven AI/software contract experience to provide strategic guidance on AI & Data offerings. You will collaborate across legal, business and asset teams, ensure regulatory alignment, and support deal activities with templates and playbooks.

The role requires at least 5 years in corporate or law firm settings, fluency in English, and comfort working across US time zones.

Qualifications

JD degree and active bar admission in applicable jurisdiction.
Minimum 5 years of corporate or law firm experience, advising on software incl. AI.
Knowledge of SaaS contracts and AI-related agreements.
Ability to work with US time zones.
Fluent English with strong written/oral communication; global/cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

Support AI & Data business team with product counsel during market prep.
Develop subject-matter expertise and act as primary contact for teams.
Collaborate across GSL, and with Resale, Strategic Partnering, IP, Data Privacy, Regulatory and Contracting.
Assist contracting team with playbooks, templates, and deal support.
Evaluate prospective AI & Data targets for Ventures & Acquisitions.
Conduct legal research and improve processes/tools for the team.
Create decks, workplans, and guidance materials to improve efficiency.
Monitor evolving tech regulatory trends, incl. LLMs and generative AI.
