JD admission is required with 8+ years in corporate or law firm settings. The role involves cross-cultural collaboration and advising on innovative commercial models within a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• JD degree and admission in good standing with applicable bar association(s)
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting
• Experience advising on data and AI services and technology offerings
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage cross-cultural teams
• Willingness to learn regulatory landscapes for offerings

Responsibilities

• Support GSL teams aligned to Digital Core, AI & Data, Cybersecurity, or Technology in assessing new service offerings and preparing those offerings for market
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues across the business, Global Services Legal and the broader Legal team
• Enable Accenture’s Sales & Delivery Legal team to efficiently handle day-to-day contracting, including developing guidance and templates and providing SME support to deal teams
• Support the evaluation of prospective acquisition targets and development and implementation of post-merger integration strategy
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and contribute to innovative commercial models for new products and services
