Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a Specialist, Data & AI Compliance to support the global compliance program, reporting to the Ethics & Compliance Manager. The role focuses on aligning data governance, AI compliance and regulatory requirements across the organization.

You will work with Data & AI Compliance, Data Privacy, Global Services Legal and Responsible AI teams in a full-time capacity, translating requirements into practical guidance and maintaining standards and controls.

Qualifications

• Understanding of data governance, AI, laws and regulations.
• Experience supporting a compliance program in a multinational or digital/AI space.
• Ability to operationalize strategy and policies.
• Ability to translate trends into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legislative and regulatory activities related to data, AI and data privacy.
• Identify requirements and best practices aligned to existing programs.
• Draft and maintain standards reflecting legal and policy requirements.
• Translate requirements into practical guidance.
• Manage email communications and FAQs to provide timely advice.
• Support client-facing work such as guidance to contracting counsel.
• Support documentation of AI systems, focusing on high-risk ones.
• Provide advice to consider data and AI compliance at project outset.
• Keep abreast of tech trends and develop guidance and training.
• Build relationships with legal, risk, information security and business teams.
