Job summary

Accenture Technology in Mandaluyong is seeking a Strat Growth Init Counsel Assoc Manager to provide product counsel for AI & Data offerings, with onsite/ hybrid work arrangements in Mandaluyong. You will collaborate with global legal teams, support contracting playbooks, and assist in evaluating prospective AI targets, drawing on 5+ years of corporate or law firm experience and a JD.

Qualifications

JD and active bar admission in good standing.
Experience with AI, software, and non-transactional work.
Minimum 5 years in corporate or law firm settings, advising on software including AI.
Knowledge of SaaS, software license and AI-related contracts.
Familiarity with regulatory landscapes for AI & Data.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication; able to collaborate globally.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

Support AI & Data business team by assessing new service and product offerings and providing general product counsel as offerings go to market.
Develop expertise in AI & Data and act as point of contact for business and assets teams.
Collaborate with GSL and cross‑functional teams including Resale, Strategic Partnering, IP, Data Privacy, Regulatory and Contracting teams.
Assist Contracting team as product counsel and SME regarding playbooks, templates and deal support.
Support Ventures & Acquisitions teams in evaluating prospective AI & Data targets.
Assist with legal research.
Develop, review, maintain and improve processes, tools and efficiency initiatives (PowerPoint decks, workplans, guidance materials).
Maintain awareness of regulatory trends related to technology, including LLMs, generative AI.
