Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, Creative Lead, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, visual development, and creative leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and prompt engineering.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English.
