Job summary

Superside is seeking an experienced Illustration Designer with a strong command of Generative AI to craft visuals for leading brands. You’ll blend traditional illustration craft with AI-enhanced workflows across campaigns, branding, editorial content, and digital experiences.

You’ll work within brand systems, develop narrative-driven visuals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into polished outputs while maintaining style and quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional illustration experience with a portfolio of strong narrative work.
• Strong visual storytelling, anatomy, composition and perspective fundamentals.
• Experience working within brand systems and illustration guidelines.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience using Generative AI tools as part of a professional creative workflow.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Create original illustrations across branding, campaigns, editorial content, social media, and digital experiences.
• Develop character-driven narratives, visual storytelling systems, and concept-led illustration work.
• Work within existing brand and illustration systems, matching established styles with consistency and accuracy.
• Use Generative AI tools to accelerate concept development, visual exploration, and illustration production.
• Integrate AI-generated assets into projects while maintaining strong artistic direction and brand integrity.
• Experiment with emerging AI workflows and share learnings with the broader creative team.
• Partner with creatives, project managers, and customers to translate briefs into polished visual outcomes.
• Connect illustration decisions to broader brand, campaign, and storytelling goals.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining a high standard of craft.
• Manage multiple projects while balancing independent ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
