Job summary

You will own projects from briefing to final delivery, collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, mentor teammates, and champion AI-driven creative processes across multiple channels and markets. Strong portfolio and Advanced English communication required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Creative Production, or related disciplines.
• Experience with Generative AI tools and AI-enhanced creative workflows.
• Strong portfolio across digital, social, and marketing content.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Creative Production, or related creative disciplines. Proven experience working with Generative AI tools and AI-enhanced creative workflows. Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across digital, social, and marketing content. Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to interact directly and professionally with clients. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Knowledge of AI-powered design platforms and emerging creative technologies. Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, imagery, and visual storytelling. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to balance creativity, efficiency, and business objectives while delivering high-quality outputs.
