Job summary

Seapeak is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Manila to manage invoices for operating expenses, vessels, and project costs. The role centers on timely processing, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to service metrics while supporting continuous improvement and special projects.

The position serves a global network with a centralized AP function and requires handling multiple priorities with accuracy. Fresh graduates may apply and prior BPO exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of B.S. Accountancy or any business course.
• Fresh graduates can be considered.
• Exposure to BPO/shared service environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in any accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational responsibilities covering all aspects of accounts payable.
• Update process manual and documentation as assigned by the Lead, Accounts Payable.
• Perform and resolve usual issues related to AP processing.
• Handle inquiries of internal and external customers.
• Point of contact for the assigned process(es)/location.
• May be given additional tasks related to Accounts Payable.
• Self-management, work with the team harmoniously.
• Duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
