The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and strong customer communication.

You will work across voice and digital channels, ensuring smooth scheduling and escalation handling while adhering to client policies and service levels.

GLAZING SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT (EWORK)

Every day, customers reach out with a glass problem they need solved online, and someone needs to turn that enquiry into a booked, well managed job. If you enjoy switching between a written conversation and making outbound phone calls, asking the right questions, and guiding someone confidently to the right outcome, this role gives you exactly that kind of puzzle to solve, again and again. You will be working on behalf of a long standing Australian client in the glass repair and replacement industry, supporting their eWork, Glazing Solutions function. Role Snapshot

The Glazing Solutions Consultant (eWork) responds to inbound customer contact via online platforms, converting work requests into confirmed jobs and processing the associated work orders and documentation so the operations team has everything needed to complete the work. Coverage is a confirmed day shift of 8:00am–5:00pm AEST (Sydney/Melbourne time, adjusting automatically with Australian daylight saving).

Customer Engagement (Voice & Digital)

Respond to inbound customer contact through online platforms with a professional, caring, and friendly approach.
Convert enquiries into confirmed jobs in line with customer expectations.

Job Planning & Processing

Process work orders and associated documentation accurately and on time.
Plan and schedule jobs within agreed timeframes and service levels.
Handle, solve, and report on escalated customer or job issues, taking ownership through to resolution. Policy & Process Adherence
Work within company vision, mission, and values at all times.
Adhere to customer solutions policies and procedures.
