Job summary

SM Store is looking for a gifting services coordinator responsible for delivering personalized, sales-driven gifting from event registration to gift wrapping, both on-ground and online, to sustain registrants’ and guests’ loyalty for business continuity.

In this role you will manage day-to-day operations, monitor Gift Registry (GR) sales achievement, generate reports, and handle customer complaints to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction across channels.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree (preferably in business).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required.
