Job summary

The SM Store in the Philippines is seeking a Gift Registry and Gifting Services Supervisor. You will lead gifting services from event registration to gift wrapping, on-ground and online, to drive sales and guest loyalty.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor GR sales achievement, generate reports, and handle customer complaints. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business and has at least 3 years of related experience.
