Job summary

Wing Assistant in the Philippines is seeking a GHL Growth Operator to drive growth using GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, and healthcare marketing systems. You will audit and rebuild pipelines, create campaign landing pages, and manage paid ads to optimize conversions.

You'll develop automated email/SMS nurturing, coordinate podcast/social content for ads, and report on CPL, bookings, and show rates while ensuring compliance with medical/legal guardrails. Remote, US-hours, full-time, up to ₱75K/month.

GHL Growth Operator

And we’re looking for a GHL Growth Operator to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Audit and rebuild GoHighLevel: Set up sub-segmented pipelines by service line (weight loss, hormones, aesthetics, longevity), and build out the full 10-stage patient journey (from new lead to nurtured/lost).

• Build landing pages and forms: Create dedicated landing pages for each campaign using tools like Lovable.

• Manage paid acquisition: Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads (Google is especially important for the intent-based longevity and hormone offers).

• Build and automate nurturing sequences: Create email/SMS workflows for lead response, no-show recovery, reactivation, and ongoing patient retention.

• Coordinate podcast and social content: Pull clips from the podcast and organic socials to use as ad creatives, running an Instagram-focused acquisition engine.

• Report on patient economics: Track attribution, CPL, contact rates, booking rates, show rates, and conversions, and proactively recommend where the next ad dollar should go.

• Ensure compliance: Understand LegitScript restrictions and ensure all ad claims and landing pages stay within medical/legal guardrails.

• Collaborate with the internal team

Required Tools

• GoHighLevel (GHL): Advanced architecture, pipeline segmentation, automation, and workflow experience is mandatory.

• Meta Ads & Google Ads: Experience running performance marketing campaigns, conversion tracking, and compliance-sensitive healthcare advertising.

• Healthcare/Wellness Marketing Systems: Landing pages, CRM segmentation, and email/SMS automation.

Qualifications:

• GoHighLevel Mastery: Not just a "button pusher" who has used it, but someone who can architect sub-segmented pipelines, build automations, and pass a live simulation building a funnel from scratch.

• Paid Media & Analytics: Strong performance marketing background in Meta and Google Ads. Must understand full-funnel economics (CPL, contact rate, booking rate, show rate) and know how to attribute leads to actual revenue.

• Content/Creative Instincts: Must have "taste" to match the premium brand, and experience pulling short/long-form podcast clips to use as ad creatives.

• Proactive Ownership: Needs to be a self-starter who can audit the current broken system, propose a technical fix, and execute without hand-holding.

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

Schedule: US work hours (40 hours per week, Full-time)

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱75K/month
