Wing Assistant in the Philippines is seeking a GHL Growth Operator to drive growth using GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, and healthcare marketing systems. You will audit and rebuild pipelines, create campaign landing pages, and manage paid ads to optimize conversions.

You'll develop automated email/SMS nurturing, coordinate podcast/social content for ads, and report on CPL, bookings, and show rates while ensuring compliance with medical/legal guardrails. Remote, US-hours, full-time, up to ₱75K/month.

Qualifications

• GoHighLevel mastery with ability to architect pipelines and automations.
• Strong performance marketing background in Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience with healthcare/wellness marketing systems and landing pages.
• Self-starter who audits, fixes, and executes without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Audit and rebuild GoHighLevel pipelines by service line and map the patient journey.
• Build landing pages and forms for campaigns.
• Manage paid acquisition via Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Create email/SMS nurturing workflows for leads and retention.
• Coordinate podcast/social content for ad creatives and acquisition.
• Report on attribution, CPL, booking/show rates and optimize ad spend.
• Ensure ad/landing compliance within medical/legal guardrails.
• Collaborate with the internal team.
