We’re hiring a full‑time GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to support our clients by building, managing, and optimizing their GoHighLevel systems. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and experienced in setting up automations, funnels, CRM workflows, and client communication systems inside GHL.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, and CRM systems
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, triggers, and campaigns
• Create landing pages, funnels, forms, calendars, and email/SMS sequences
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues inside GHL
• Support lead management, nurture campaigns, and client follow‑up processes
• Ensure data is organized, accurate, and up to date within the CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement process improvements
• Document workflows and provide recommendations for optimization

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience using GoHighLevel in a professional setting
• Strong understanding of CRM management, sales pipelines, and automation workflows
• Experience building funnels, forms, landing pages, and campaign sequences in GHL
• Familiarity with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and appointment booking systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
• Experience working remotely with international clients is a plus

Work Environment

Location: Remote (Philippines only).

Schedule: Full‑Time 40 hrs per week

Equipment: Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
