Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking a German-speaking Global Customer Support professional to provide first-line support for our cloud-based software solutions. The role targets the EMEA region with a mid-shift schedule and requires strong customer-facing communication and intake skills.

You will document cases in our CRM, perform root-cause analysis, and test fixes while maintaining AMCS quality standards. A technical background and Azure familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities
