Job summary

UPTC in Metro Manila is seeking an energetic outbound sales professional to join a campaign team targeting German-speaking clients. You will perform at least 100 dials daily, navigate objections, and qualify needs to uncover sales opportunities across campaigns.

You will meet weekly KPI targets while ensuring accurate data entry and compliant process adherence. Fluency in German is preferred, with 2+ years in B2B lead generation and cold calling.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native German language is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of lead generation and B2B sales experience.
• Cold calling and outbound sales experience.
• Experience with BANT (Budget, Authority, Needs, Timeframe) campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a campaign team to achieve objectives for our clients.
• Dial between 150 – 250 numbers per day on outbound campaigns.
• Outbound business calls on behalf of prominent technology brands.
• Handle objections and generate sales opportunities; qualify needs.
• Meet campaign KPI targets and daily activity goals.
• Work through call lists assigned by the Data team.
• Ensure all prospect details are complete and accurate on the profile.
• Review scripts and write-ups for each campaign to ensure consistency.
• Liaise with Team Leader or Senior Team Leader if campaign requirements are unclear.

• Outbound Business calls on behalf of the world's largest technology brands


• Handle objections and Generating sales opportunities and qualifying needs


• Meet your campaign KPI’s and activity targets


• Work through call list as allocated by the Data team


• Complete write up as per campaign specific layout


• Ensuring all fields are filled specific to the campaign requirement and all write ups are spell checked, make sense and are up to standard


• Check all prospect information is correct as provided on call by prospect, fill in any missing details on the prospects profile.


• Ensure all prospect information on profile is grammatically correct.


• Read and understand call scripts and write up examples on each campaign to help recognise the


• Check related files in the campaign to download TAL and Exclusion lists if required on a campaign.


• Ensure all qualifying requirements are met on call.


• Liaise directly with Team Leader or through the Senior Team Leader if unsure of their campaign requirements

Other responsibilities:

• Adhere to all policies and procedures in place in Direct IT.


• Comply with all legislative requirements


• Adhere to privacy, confidentiality policies and legal regulations .


• May be required to call prospects to confirm details for lead to pass


• Any other task reasonably requested by the Service Delivery Manager


• Dial between 150 – 250 numbers per day


• Hit 45 points target a week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluent or Native with German Language


• Lead Generation experience Minimum of 2 years
