Role Description

The German Bilingual TSR (Technical Support Representative) is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from German-speaking customers, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and resolving service-related concerns. The TSR documents interactions accurately in the system, follows established procedures, and escalates complex issues when necessary. Daily tasks include clarifying customer needs, guiding customers through solutions, updating them on case status, and ensuring a positive service experience. The role also involves collaborating with team members, meeting performance metrics, and participating in ongoing training to stay updated on products, processes, and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in both German and English, with clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service and technical support aptitude, including active listening, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Computer literacy and ability to work with multiple software applications, CRM tools, and call center systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Taytay Rizal on a full-time schedule, with flexibility for shifting work hours if required.
• Previous experience in BPO, atleast 1 year customer support, or technical support roles German Bilingual
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
