Job summary

Qualifications
- Bilingual German and English communication skills are essential.
- 1–3 years in student services or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Experience with campus resources and student support is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing platforms is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, student-focused support in German and English.
- Respond to inquiries and guide students through study processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of campus resources and services.
- Handle LOA and visa checks and help with enrolment processes.
