GUS Education PH in the Philippines is seeking a Student Hub Advisor (German Bilingual) to provide responsive support in German and English to students navigating university life. This role combines client-facing service with administration in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You will manage tickets, SLA commitments, LOA and visa checks, and help with enrollment and orientation events. The position starts onsite for 3 months with a transition to a hybrid schedule, and is ideal for adept

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• 1–3 years in Student Services or related customer-facing fields.
• A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience in higher education, student support, or academic administration is valued.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple enquiries.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely, student-focused support through ticketing and SLA compliance.
• Guide students to suitable services, information, and referrals.
• Handle administrative activities related to LOA requests and visa check protocols.
• Support enrollment and audit-related activities during peak periods.
