Job summary

ING is seeking an AI Analyst / Consultant to connect business challenges with AI solutions across Wholesale Banking. You will identify, design, and deliver AI projects, translating requirements into scalable AI solutions while working with stakeholders to unlock the full potential of Generative AI.

You will collaborate with AI teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, and support adoption and change management as ING accelerates AI initiatives globally.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, automation, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Understanding of LLMs, grounding techniques, and context management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to identify and assess AI opportunities.
• Analyze business processes and recommend AI-driven improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
• Advise stakeholders on Intelligent Automation, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
• Develop business cases, value assessments, and supporting documentation.
• Track benefits realization and performance metrics.
• Support AI adoption and change management initiatives.
