Job summary

ING is seeking a Copilot Studio AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI agents and solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft technologies.

Join a team that unlocks Generative AI at ING, working on hands-on GenAI projects, grounding strategies, and end-to-end deployments while collaborating with business and operations teams in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of software development or automation experience.
• Proven experience building GenAI solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding strategies, and AI agent design.
• Experience with API integrations and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

As a Copilot Studio AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain AI agents and solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
