Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines seeks an AI Product Owner (Lead) to shape enterprise AI strategy, governance and delivery across Wholesale Banking. You will lead AI Analysts and Copilot Studio Developers to deliver business value with responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI, automation or digital transformation
• Banking, shared services or BPO experience preferred
• Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering and AI governance
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
• Strong stakeholder and people leadership skills
