Job summary

ING is seeking a Copilot Studio AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI agents and solutions within the Microsoft Copilot Studio ecosystem. You will collaborate with ING's AI team to deploy scalable, responsible GenAI solutions across business functions.

The role focuses on building AI agents, grounding strategies, and API integrations, with a strong emphasis on testing, validation, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of software development or automation experience.
• Proven experience building GenAI solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of AI development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding strategies, and AI agent design.
• Experience with API integrations and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop reusable AI components and agentic solution patterns
• Apply prompt engineering best practices
• Design grounding and context-management approaches
