Job summary

ING is seeking an AI Analyst/Consultant to connect business challenges with Generative AI and deliver scalable AI solutions within Wholesale Banking.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate requirements into designs, and track benefits realization while supporting AI adoption and change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of consulting, business analysis, automation, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Understanding of LLMs, grounding techniques, and context management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
