Job summary

Concentrix in Pasay, Philippines is seeking an HR professional to evaluate and implement HR activities including engagement, compensation, benefits, talent and performance management. You will consult with managers on performance, policies, and HR practices while handling day-to-day staff concerns in a virtual setting.

The role requires 2–4 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.

• Partner with stakeholders to develop proactive HR solutions aligned with organizational strategies
