Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a creative and dependable Social Media and Marketing Virtual Assistant to grow our brand's social media presence from the ground floor. You will translate our content ideas into engaging short-form videos and posts, publish them on a consistent schedule, and keep our online community involved.

You will work from a creative brief, deliver visually cohesive content, and help manage inquiries and leads. Experience with Canva, CapCut, and health/wellness topics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record creating short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
• Experience editing photos/videos to fit brand style using Canva/CapCut or similar tools.

You'll translate our content ideas into engaging short-form videos and posts, publish them on a consistent schedule, and keep our online community involved. We need someone who can take a creative direction and carry it forward, bringing a thoughtful approach to health and wellness content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Turn the content direction and ideas we provide into short-form videos, reels, and graphic posts
• Edit raw photos and videos into polished social media content that fits our brand
• Produce thumbnails, cover images, and visual assets aligned with our brand style
• Schedule and post content consistently across our social media platforms
• Craft clear, engaging captions and relevant hashtags for each post
• Keep up with comments and messages to grow community engagement
• Help sort and track incoming inquiries and leads from social media and the website
• Monitor basic content performance and recommend ways to extend reach
• Keep an orderly content calendar and library of published assets

Mandatory Skills:

• Track record of creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Proficient with design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Background managing and posting to business social media accounts
• Strong eye for layout, color, and brand consistency
• Excellent written English for captions and audience replies
• Ability to work from a creative brief and deliver finished content
• Diligent, detail-minded, and able to work without oversight
• Strong communication skills and a positive response to feedback

Preferred Skills:

• Experience making content in the health and wellness space
• Experience launching a social media presence from nothing for a new or small brand
• Working knowledge of social media scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite or similar
• Basic grounding in social media analytics and engagement strategy
• Experience with lead follow-ups or inquiry management
• Sensitivity and professionalism around wellness-related topics
