We're searching for an experienced, detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help a bold, purpose-driven coaching brand come alive online. The role covers everything from producing and scheduling social content to managing website, funnel, and email platforms, supporting client onboarding, and keeping our online community engaged. We need a proactive self-starter who takes ownership without being told what to do next, someone sharp, tech-savvy, and truly excited to grow with a fast-moving, creative team.
Make short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) using CapCut or Descript
Upload, schedule, and oversee social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Substack
Create and refresh graphics from Canva templates (carousels, reel covers, quote graphics)
Handle website and funnel content, including updates in Showit, listings in ThriveCart, and course content in MemberVault or similar platforms
Format, send, and track email newsletters via GoHighLevel or Mailchimp, watching open rates and top-performing content
Assist client onboarding with welcome emails, resource delivery, and templated replies to frequent inquiries
Moderate and look after online community spaces by approving requests, monitoring comments, and supporting engagement during launches
Set up and manage Zoom for recordings and calls, and fix basic platform/link issues
Keep Google Drive digital asset folders organized, including testimonials, graphics, and reusable content
Support general digital operations (event coordination, PDFs, lead magnets) and stay up to date on AI tools that streamline workflow
Track record in social media management and content creation
Skilled in CapCut or Descript for video editing
Strong working knowledge of Canva
Experience organizing digital assets and files in Google Drive
Knowledge of website/funnel/course platforms such as Showit, ThriveCart, or MemberVault
Experience formatting and sending email newsletters (GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, or similar)
Responsible, exact, and comfortable working independently
Clear communication skills, responsive on Messenger/WhatsApp
Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot basic platform issues
Experience with ConvertKit
History of working with coaches, creatives, or online course-based businesses
Interest in personal growth, spirituality, or the coaching/wellness space
Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to make workflows more efficient
Experience with podcast support (show notes, episode uploads)
Ability to keep several projects and priorities on track at once
