Job Summary:
We're happy to be adding a creative and reliable Social Media Marketing Coordinator to help grow our online presence and strengthen our connection with our audience. This role covers content creation across multiple social platforms, email newsletter support, and light ad management, with plenty of room to grow into new tools and responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing several moving pieces, has a strong design sense, and is genuinely curious about learning new systems and content styles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Design branded visuals and graphics using Canva
• Develop and publish short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) to grow reach and engagement
• Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails to support video content
• Draft, edit, and send regular email newsletters to nurture and grow a subscriber list
• Refine AI-generated drafts (from tools like ChatGPT) into polished, publish-ready posts and emails
• Support and help manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
• Track content and campaign performance, offering suggestions for improvementRespond to inquiries and messages across social and email channels
• Help build and document SOPs for marketing processes as the business grows

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Strong proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts)
• Familiarity with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with email marketing platforms and newsletter creation
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and polish AI-generated drafts
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MailerLite or similar email marketing platforms
• Interest in psychology, personal development, or wellness-related content
