Job summary

hammerjack is seeking a hands‑on General Services Lead to turn day‑to‑day workplace needs into safe, reliable operations. You will guide a team, manage vendors and budgets, and improve systems supporting a multi‑site enterprise.

You’ll work closely with the Business Services Head and facilities team to keep operations running smoothly on a fully onsite Makati site in the Philippines. This role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and practical cost control.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years in General Services or facilities operations.
• Experience supervising operational support teams and coordinating third‑party providers.
• Strong vendor, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead everyday service delivery for housekeeping, pantry, courier, and workplace support.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety/compliance activities.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, procurement terms, and service levels.
• Control inventory, assets, and stock levels; oversee counts and variances.
• Plan and coordinate office moves, renovations, and furniture installations.
• Prepare and monitor operating and project budgets; control costs.
• Analyze data to drive service improvements and process automation.
