Job summary

hammerjack is seeking a hands-on General Services Lead who can turn day-to-day workplace needs into safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You’ll guide the General Services team, manage vendors and budgets, and improve the systems that keep a business moving.

This fully onsite role at the Makati site covers facilities coordination, safety, waste management, inventory, and projects, with close collaboration with the Business Services Head and building management to keep operations running

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or facilities field preferred.
• 4–6 years in General Services, facilities, or vendor management.
• Experience supervising operational support teams.
• Strong vendor, contract management and budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of safety, waste management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workplace support and facilities coordination.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service levels.
• Lead budgets, costs, and cost-control measures.
• Drive workplace projects like moves and renovations.
• Improve data dashboards and reports for operations.
