Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated professional to support Vendor Operations and Workforce Management in the Philippines. The role involves monitoring vendor performance, conducting audits, training vendors on WFM practices, and coordinating with procurement and HSSE teams.

You will manage vendor headcount, monitor compliance, and drive process improvements across multiple logistics sites while handling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Workforce Management, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, or related function.
• Experience with outsourced manpower providers and vendor performance monitoring is a plus.
• Experience in contract administration and compliance monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage Operations teams to discuss issues and opportunities from both sides.
• Monitor vendor performance daily and provide timely feedback to vendors.
• Participate in FGDs and audits across logistics sites.
• Investigate operational and security concerns involving outsourced personnel with relevant departments.
• Conduct WFM training sessions for vendors.
• Support campaign preparations and workforce ramp-up programs.
• Monitor disciplinary actions and manage vendor headcount reallocations.
• Conduct business reviews with vendors and Business Units.
• Audit permits, certifications, and government contributions; review agency recruitment processes.
